Registering on Tactic.net
A customer is registered with the customer register of the Tactic.net online shop upon the completion of their first order, through entering their name and other essential information. They thereby also consent to allow Tactic.net to enter their personal information into its customer register. Tactic.net treats customer information with utmost confidentiality and commits to never passing any customer information to third parties, with the exception of the internal partners within its own group of companies. The customer must use care and diligence when using the online shop.
Communication between the parties is carried out via email or phone. The customer commits to monitoring their email after submitting the order, to ensure the receipt of the order confirmation. The binding purchase agreement comes into existence when the customer has paid for their order onto a bank account or as a prepayment with a credit card, on the basis of a bill issued from the Tactic.net online shop. The customer is entitled to cancel the order partially or in its entirety via email or phone. Delivery has occurred when the customer has received a part of the order or been notified that the order can be collected from a Posti service point. After the customer has submitted an order, Tactic.net is not entitled to change the terms of this agreement.
Making payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
If you want to pay using Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Tactic.net only serves as the marketer of the products and services, and delivers them to the customer. Regarding refunds contact: xxx
If the item is available in our warehouse, the estimated delivery time in Finland is 2-5 working days. If the customer purchases items with a different delivery time listed on Tactic.net, the order is delivered in accordance with the longest given delivery time. All deliveries made by Tactic.net are carried by the Finnish postal service Posti, unless otherwise arranged by the customer and Tactic.net. Note! Parcels delivered by Posti must be collected within one week, irrespective of Tactic.net.
Upon making an order, the customer receives a tracking code that can be used to follow the progress of the delivery. The parcel is delivered to the Posti service point nearest to the customer. After the customer is notified of the arrival of the parcel, it must be collected within one week, or it will be returned to the sender. We ask our customers to monitor the progress of the delivery using the tracking code, in case the delivery notification sent by Posti does not reach them. Unfortunately, we do not resend packages returned to us by Posti.
If the item is faulty or does not meet the customer’s expectations in some other way, the customer is entitled to cancel the order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item, excluding the date of receipt.
